Flat Katie yeah yeah she's out there

Get out the tissues as it is time to send Flat Katie on a tour of Libraryland. Katie will be reporting back on all the exciting things happening in the world of libraries.

Katie's first stops are the Bath Library in England, Darwin City Library and Hobsons Bay's Childrens Week picnic.

Don't forget to say hi to Flat Katie if she drops in to see you and tell her some of the fun, exciting and inovative things happening at your library.

The aim of Flat Katie is to discover what is fun, new and exciting events, technology and spaced in libraryland. Flat Katie is loosely based on Flat Stanley who made an around the world tour - via the postal service - from July 2000 to May 2001.Flat Stanley stayed for Christmas lunch and visited the Melbourne Zoo before jetting off to Sweden.
